刘继胜,男,1939 年生,河南开封市杞县人,大学文化。国家一级美术师,一级书法师、高级政工师。聘职增欧亚文化经济智库联盟专家。中国广播电视总台环球艺术总监。称号增《国务院国际艺术大师》和《国务院国礼艺术大师》，《国宝艺术传承人》。现为:国际羲之书画院副院长,中国民航管理干部学院客座教授、民族文化形象大使、国家艺术形象大使、中国书画名家研究院主席团委员、中国艺术学会常委、中国诗酒文化协会诗书画院一级书画师、中国国画家协会理事、华夏文艺出版社社长、中国诗书画出版社副社长、中国国家书画院副院长、中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国工艺美术家协会副主席、国际名人百科外联部主任,中国新文化群体特聘艺术家、卢浮宫名誉副館长、中国国宾礼特邀艺术顾问，国务外交礼品师。

刘继胜先生热爱书画艺术,经常参加书画创作及交流活动,曾 60 多次参加国内国际书画大奖赛,荣获特别金奖 6 次, 金奖(含一等奖)17 次,二、三等奖多次;曾荣获书画艺术类最髙奖《金笔奖》、《金龙奖》、《金蛇奖》、《金羊奖》、《金像奖》、《金铂奖》、《百花奖》等奖项;斩获《首届中国文人奖》、《中国艺术公益奖》、《文化艺术最髙成就奖》、《齐白石国际艺术金奖》、《国家文艺泰斗丰碑奖》、《意大利罗马皇家艺术金奖》、《国际华人艺术紫金奖》、《卢浮宫世界艺术金奖》、《共和国百年巨匠名家成就奖》、《国家文化艺术奖》、《联合国和平艺术金鸽奖》、《世界艺术金皇冠奖》、莫奈国际艺术金奖，毕加索国际艺术(总决赛)金奖，达芬奇国际艺术终身成就奖，国际艺术与和平双年展大奖等奖项。其在徐州艺术馆举办的《水墨先锋书画展》受到业界好评,作品被众多单位及个人收藏。

Liu Jisheng Male, born in 1939 in Qi County, Kaifeng City, Henan Province, he holds a university degree. He is a National First-Class Artist, First-Class Calligrapher and Senior Political Engineer. He is employed as an expert of the Eurasian Cultural and Economic Think Tank Alliance and serves as the Global Art Director of China Media Group. He has been honored with titles including State Council International Master of Arts, State Council National Gift Master of Arts and National Treasure Art Inheritor.

Mr. Liu Jisheng has a profound passion for painting and calligraphy.
