柏光林 , 字景程，1938 年 12 月生江苏南京人 , 现为中国美术家协会会员 , 中国收藏家协会会员、国家一级美术师网、入网画家、国家版权局注册画家 , 中华人民共和国杰出书画大师 , 国家一级工艺美术大师 , 中国国画院院士、联合国“国际艺术家协会”常务副会长、英国文化协会全球首席副会长、英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士、现任中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国书画名家研究会专职副会长等。

2012 年与刘大为、范曾入编出版《艺术大师三人行》。

2013 年与刘大为、范曾、黄永玉等入编出版《新中国书画八大家》。

2014 年 9 月获美国纽约《世界艺术盛典》授予的美术界最高荣誉《世界艺术之星》奖 , 同时被评为“世界一级美术家”的称号。2014 年 9 月被联合国最高艺术研究院评定《世纪之光》为“联合国艺术珍品 " 大奖 , 同时被英国文化协会评定为全球特级书画之王称号。

2018 年 4 月被世界文艺家企业家交流中心授予《新时代人民艺术家》荣誉称号。

柏光林先生的作品多以山水、人物、动物较为突出 , 尤以虎画具长 , 画作曾获名家高度赞赏，陆俨少、林散之、张仃多由题跋 , 曾与陆俨少合作双虎图、虎啸图、曾出访过美国、南美多国、欧洲多国、亚洲多国 , 创作一批很有特色的水墨画作品、《奥运圣火》由原国际奥委会主席萨马兰奇先生收藏 , 先后于北京、江苏、深圳、珠海、香港、美国举办画展、出版画集，中央电视台、江苏、珠海、南京电视台先后摄制报道。

Bai Guanglin, courtesy name Jingcheng, was born in December 1938 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. He is currently a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the China Collectors Association, a registered artist of the National First-Class Artists Network, a registered artist of the National Copyright Administration, an Outstanding Master of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy of the People's Republic of China, a National First-Class Master of Arts and Crafts, an academician of the Chinese Traditional Painting Academy, Executive Vice President of the United Nations "International Artists Association", Global Chief Vice President of the British Council, an honorary academician of the Royal Academy of Arts, and currently serves as the curator of the China Digital Art Museum, and the full-time Vice President of the Chinese Research Association of Famous Painters and Calligraphers, etc.

In 2012, he was included in the publication "Three Masters of Art" together with Liu Dawei and Fan Zeng.

In 2013, he was included in the publication "Eight Masters of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy in the New China" together with Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Huang Yongyu, etc.

This book has been collected by the National Library of China, the Library of Congress of the United States, the British Library, the Russian State Library, the Leipzig Library, and the Harvard University Library. In 2013, he participated in the 2013 Paris World Art Exhibition organized by the World Collectors Association, the World Artists Association, and the Culture and Art Organizing Committee of the People's Republic of China, and won the highest award, the "International Art Gold Award".

In September 2014, he was awarded the "Star of World Art" award, the highest honor in the art world, by the New York "World Art Festival" in the United States, and was also rated as a "World First-Class Artist". In September 2014, his work "Light of the Century" was rated as the "United Nations Art Treasure" Grand Prize by the United Nations Supreme Academy of Arts, and was also rated as the "Global Top King of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy" by the British Council.

In April 2018, he was awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist in the New Era" by the World Literature, Art and Entrepreneurship Exchange Center.

Mr. Bai Guanglin's works are particularly prominent in landscapes, figures, and animals, with a special focus on tiger paintings. His works have been highly praised by famous artists. Lu Yanshao, Lin Sanzhi, and Zhang Ding have all written inscriptions for his works. He once cooperated with Lu Yanshao on paintings such as "Two Tigers" and "Tiger's Roar". He has visited the United States, many countries in South America, Europe, and Asia, creating a number of distinctive ink paintings. His work "Olympic Flame" is collected by Juan Antonio Samaranch, the former president of the International Olympic Committee. He has held art exhibitions and published albums in Beijing, Jiangsu, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hong Kong, and the United States. China Central Television, Jiangsu TV, Zhuhai TV, and Nanjing TV have successively produced and reported on him.
