程海林，男，1949年生于灌南。国家高级书法师，中国国宾礼艺术家，国际金牌艺术家。亚洲书画家协会副主席，中国东方文化研究会高级艺术顾问，中华英才联盟理事会副理事长，中国军转民杂志社文化艺术编辑委副会长，新文艺群体副秘书长，北京京华阁书画院常务副院长等。被授予功勋艺术家，特别推荐艺术家，中国当代文化艺术代言人，国际影响力非遗传承人，北京冬奥会艺术大使，国礼艺术家形象大使等光荣称号。
传承张旭书法艺术，发扬毛体大气磅礴气势，博采王羲之等名家之长，借鉴诗词音体美等创作方法，加上个人情感，创作特色诗意草书，形象生动地展现诗意，使文字产生动态感，音乐节奏感等各种美感。写新诗，造新字，歌颂伟大新时代，传播人间真善美，促进社会和谐及世界和平。

In 2024, he won the Gold Award of the China Next Generation Working Committee, the China-Russia Friendship Gold Award, the Monet International Art Gold Award and the Picasso Gold Award. In 2025, he won the Da Vinci International Art Gold Award, the First Prize of Florence in Italy, the China Internet Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Intangible Cultural Heritage Meritorious Award, the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Jade Magnolia Award, the Great Contribution Award for Chinese Art and Cultural Exchange, the title of International Gold Medal Artist, the World Art Lifetime Achievement Award, etc.

In 2019, he was rated as an Excellent Cultural Worker by the China Chinese and Foreign Celebrities Culture Research Association, with a silk banner inscribed "Exquisite brush and colorful paintings record the years, virtue and art spread through the ages". He was awarded the bronze medal of the first batch of Chinese Cultural Celebrities Workshops, with an inscription personally written by Quan Xijun. In 2020, he won the honorary title of a Generation of Famous Artists in the important activity of recording contemporary art masters by all media and authoritatively and accurately interpreting the successful road of art masters, with an inscription personally written by Shen Peng. In 2021, he was awarded the Meritorious Artist Medal by Beautiful China.
