

司徒惠霞,中国画家。出生于广东开平,一个融合中西文化风格,具有浓郁艺术氛围的碉楼之乡——古镇赤坎。自幼受到老一辈艺术家司徒乔,司徒杰等影响 ,酷爱绘画造型艺术,尤其对油画,水粉,水彩,白描,国画人物画痴迷,绘画中讲求结构 ,用色,用光,笔触,国画工意并用,旨在达到形神兼备,不断尝试创新。 自少年起就不断参加各类艺术活动,画展,注重全面艺术修养,用心观摩中外绘画名家作品,逐步进入个性创作状态,近年积极参与各地大型艺术绘画展览的创作与活动,获得好评。
现任《文化强国》栏目首批高级智库高级研究员,北京心海文化艺术研究院院士,中企联盟(北京)信息科学研究院副院长,央广文化交流艺术委员会副主席,中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长,中国服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会副秘书长,中国书画院院聘画家,香港文联美术家协会理事。
2016年,作品《花季年华》入选“纪念红军长征胜利八十周年书画展”。
2017年,作品《苗家小妹》参展“第二届中国当代书画名家代表作品展暨女书画家代表作品展”。
2018年,作品《丰年乐》参展“第三届中国当代书画名家代表作品展暨女书画家代表作品展”。
2019年,作品《祈福万家》入选“第二届中国佛教题材书画名家代表作品慈善展”。
2020年,《老战友》、《苗岭姑娘》参展“第三届中华之光(大千杯)全国书画作品展”。作品《福聚》被中国美术馆收藏。
2021年,作品《出征》被中国国家博物馆收藏。作品《荷花别样红》被多哥大使馆收藏。3月应邀参加CCTV举办的“中国艺术家新春联欢晚会”。10月应邀参加CCTV“建国百年全国优秀艺术名家颁奖盛会”。10月入选北京地铁《艺术中国》主题巡展活动,作品亮相地铁1、2、3、5、8、10、13号线,八通线,穿越长安街,向祖国致敬。10月作品被征用于欧洲等4国(荷兰,新西兰,芬兰,卢森堡)通用邮票,为传扬中华文化尽一份力。11月作品《荔园乐》、《回望长街》入选山东曲阜子曰美术馆“水墨巨匠,当代百位杰出艺术家邀请展”。12月入选《中华英才》半月刊社媒体中心举办的“是丰碑 也是新起点”人物风采网络媒体报道,展示艺术风采。12月应神州杂志社邀请,入编神州杂志专刊《一代巨匠》。
2022年2月,作品《荔园乐》入展日本琦玉美术馆举办的“中日建交50周年迎新春艺术交流展”。5月由河北美术出版社出版的个人画册《艺无止境》发行。6月《贵州老人头像》由徐悲鸿美术馆收藏。
2023 年 2 月,作品征用于中国邮政发行的集邮册、日本国邮政通用邮票和邮集、 欧洲 8 国(荷兰,新西兰,芬兰,卢森堡,西班牙,比利时,法国,德国)邮政通用邮票和邮集,为传扬中华文化尽一份力。 3月受到阿尔巴尼亚国大使馆邀请,以个展形式参加阿国文化旅游推介会,展示60 幅精心之作,为两国友谊做贡献。3月18日参加荣宝斋美术馆“笔墨生辉——全国书画作品展”。3月18日参加中艺国际展览馆“中国水墨巨匠艺术研究院揭牌仪式学术邀请展”。3月25日参加北京怀柔慕田峪长城体验馆“丹青抒怀长城颂——当代书画名家邀请展”。6 月 8 日,应邀出席第十九届中国(深圳) 国际文化产业博览交易会·2023 国际文化进出口贸易洽谈会。12月,应邀参加釉上星彩地面瓷绘集群展示暨水立方书画展。12月,作品入编由中国美术出版社出版的《亚洲美术》。
2024年成为香港电视台签约艺术家。2月,作品应邀在纽约时代广场展播,传播中国传统文化。5月,司徒惠霞“翰墨青州 巾帼绽芳华”个人美术作品展在青州美术馆开展,共计展出110余幅作品。6月,参加第24届“世纪大采风书画展”。6月2日,应邀参加“辉煌澳门·艺境共融——庆祝澳门回归25周年文化艺术展”。6月应邀参加央视网《中国符号笔舞画舞》栏目录播。8月荣获莫奈国际艺术金奖。10 月荣获“一带一路国际艺术交流展”金奖和优秀导师的称号。 12 月作品《午后暖阳》由中央美术学院、美术教育研究中心在第六届社会美育国际艺术节 【2024?表情】优秀作品评选中,荣获二等奖。
2025 年 2 月作品入选首都国际机场展播,授予“北京机场中国文化艺术代言人”称号。
Situ Huixia A Chinese painter, Situ Huixia was born in Chikan Ancient Town, Kaiping, Guangdong Province, a hometown of watchtowers blending Chinese and Western cultures with a strong artistic atmosphere. Influenced by senior artists such as Situ Qiao and Situ Jie since childhood, she has a profound passion for plastic arts in painting, especially obsessed with oil painting, gouache, watercolor, line drawing and Chinese figure painting. In her creation, she emphasizes composition, color application, light usage and brushwork, and integrates meticulous and freehand brushwork in Chinese painting, aiming to achieve the harmony of form and spirit and keep exploring innovations.
She has participated in various art activities and exhibitions since her youth, attaching great importance to all-round artistic accomplishment. By carefully observing the works of Chinese and foreign painting masters, she has gradually developed her personalized creative style. In recent years, she has actively engaged in the creation and activities of large-scale art painting exhibitions across the country, winning high praise.
She currently holds the positions of Senior Research Fellow of the First Batch of Senior Think Tank of the Cultural Power Column, Academician of Beijing Xinhai Culture and Art Research Institute, Vice President of China Enterprise Alliance (Beijing) Information Science Research Institute, Vice Chairman of the Art Committee of CNR Cultural Exchange, Deputy Secretary-General of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of China Couplet Society, and Deputy Secretary-General of the International Exchange Working Committee of China Association of Trade in Services. Situ Huixia is currently a Senior Research Fellow of the First Batch of Senior Think Tank of the program Cultural Power, Vice President of China Enterprise News Alliance (Beijing) Institute of Information Science, Member of the Working Committee for New Literary and Art Circles Calligraphers and Painters of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Deputy Director of Huaxia National Art Calligraphy and Painting Art Center, Employed Painter of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and Director of the Artists Association of Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
In 2016, her work Flowering Years was selected into the "Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Red Army's Long March".
In 2017, her work Young Girl from the Miao Ethnic Group was exhibited at the "2nd Exhibition of Representative Works by Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters and Exhibition of Representative Works by Female Calligraphers and Painters".
In 2018, her work Joy of a Bumper Harvest was exhibited at the "3rd Exhibition of Representative Works by Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters and Exhibition of Representative Works by Female Calligraphers and Painters".
In 2019, her work Blessing All Families was selected into the "2nd Charity Exhibition of Representative Buddhist-themed Works by Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters".
In 2020, Old Comrades-in-Arms and Girl from the Miao Mountains were exhibited at the "3rd China Light of the Chinese Nation (Daqian Cup) National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition". Her work Gathering of Blessings was collected by the National Art Museum of China.
In 2021, her work Marching Forth was collected by the National Museum of China, and The Lotus Blooms in a Unique Red was collected by the Embassy of Togo. In March, she was invited to participate in the "Chinese Artists' Chinese New Year Gala" held by CCTV. In October, she attended the "National Award Ceremony for Outstanding Art Masters on the Centenary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China" by CCTV, and her works were selected into the Art China themed tour exhibition of Beijing Subway, appearing on Lines 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 10, 13 and the Batong Line, crossing Chang'an Avenue to pay tribute to the motherland. In the same month, her works were featured on the general stamps of four European countries (the Netherlands, New Zealand, Finland, Luxembourg), contributing to the dissemination of Chinese culture. In November, Joy in the Litchi Orchard and Looking Back at the Long Street were selected into the "Ink Giants - Invitational Exhibition of 100 Outstanding Contemporary Artists" at the Ziyue Art Museum in Qufu, Shandong Province. In December, she was selected for the online media report on figure demeanor "A Monument, Also a New Starting Point" held by the Media Center of China Talent Biweekly, showcasing her artistic charm, and was invited by Shenzhou Magazine to be included in its special issue Great Masters of the Era.
In February 2022, Joy in the Litchi Orchard was exhibited at the "Spring Festival Art Exchange Exhibition Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of China-Japan Diplomatic Relations" held by the Saitama Art Museum in Japan. In May, her personal painting album Art Has No End was published by Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House. In June, Portrait of an Elderly Man from Guizhou was collected by the Xu Beihong Art Museum.
In February 2023, her works were featured on stamp albums issued by China Post, general stamps and stamp collections of Japan Post, as well as general stamps and stamp collections of eight European countries (the Netherlands, New Zealand, Finland, Luxembourg, Spain, Belgium, France, Germany), contributing to the spread of Chinese culture. In March, she was invited by the Embassy of Albania to hold a solo exhibition at the Albanian Cultural and Tourism Promotion Conference, displaying 60 elaborate works and contributing to the friendship between the two countries. On June 8, she was invited to attend the 19th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair ? 2023 International Cultural Import and Export Trade Fair. In December, she was invited to participate in the on-glaze star color ground porcelain painting cluster exhibition and the Water Cube Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, and her works were included in Asian Art published by China Academy of Art Press.
In 2024, she became a contracted artist of Hong Kong Television. In February, her works were invited to be broadcast on the New York Times Square, spreading traditional Chinese culture. In May, the "Situ Huixia: Ink in Qingzhou, Women Blooming in Glory" personal art exhibition was held at the Qingzhou Art Museum, exhibiting more than 110 works in total. In June, she participated in the 24th "Century Collection of Folk Customs Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" and was invited to attend the "Brilliant Macao ? Integration of Art Realms - Cultural and Art Exhibition Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Macao's Return to the Motherland" on June 2. In October, she was awarded the Gold Award of the "Belt and Road International Art Exchange Exhibition" and the title of Excellent Tutor. In December, her work Warm Sunshine in the Afternoon won the Second Prize in the selection of excellent works of [2024 ? Expressions] at the 6th International Art Festival of Social Aesthetic Education by the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the Art Education Research Center.
