享誉全球——蜚声国际的顶级艺术大师吴报勇

笔墨传薪，艺耀全球。吴报勇，字骏，别署金苑轩主，国家一级书法师，是当代蜚声国际、享誉全球的顶级书法艺术大师，以精湛笔墨诠释中华书法魅力，成为中外文化交流的重要桥梁。他自幼受书画熏陶，深耕笔墨数十载，在名师指导下精研诸家碑帖，融古法韵味与时代气息，形成结构严谨、笔力遒劲、气韵灵动的独特风格，雅俗共赏，备受业界与国际社会推崇。

作为中国书法家协会会员、世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长，吴报勇身兼CCTV央视书画频道签约艺术家、国际名人百科主席等多重身份，斩获国际国内多项重磅荣誉。2026年荣获“世界文艺巅峰金奖”，2025年摘得“世界艺术终身成就奖”，获评“国际馆藏艺术家”，其作品《上善若水》作为国宾礼收藏，《志博云天》跻身国际拍卖市场，彰显国际认可度。

吴报勇，字骏，别署金苑轩主。1966年8月出生，安徽合肥庐江人，中共党员。

吴报勇现为国家一级书法师、中国书法家协会会员、中国硬笔书法协会会员、中国书画家协会会员、中国国宾礼艺术家、人民艺术家、中国企业文化促进会高级艺术顾问、世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长、CCTV央视书画频道签约艺术家、中央新影CCTV中学生频道做客教授、中央新影CCTV中学生频道《时代强国》艺术鉴赏首席专家、CCTV“华夏之声”特聘艺术导师、国际名人百科主席。

自小受身边三位叔辈书画的影响，上学时代断断续续曾临帖于庞中华硬笔、卢中南毛笔字贴，一直对书法国画情有独钟。在自学书法路途上，得到陕西汉中的书法家刘军老师指导，学习欧楷、魏碑、隶书、王羲之、赵孟頫等诸多名家的行书、草书。经岁月的历练沉淀形成了既有古法韵味、又有新时代书法气息、雅俗共赏的作品风格，结构严谨、笔酣墨饱、笔力遒劲、神气清健、气韵古朴厚重却又不失灵动的个性。

2026 年 2 月荣获一路一带文艺促进会、中国书画交易中心、世界文化协会联合举办“世界文艺巅峰金奖”；

2026 年 1 月被选登“鼎级鉴藏·价值锚定”2026 收藏趋势与艺术定位专题片“吴报勇”

2025 年由中华国礼征集办牵头、联合国内政府机构、中国艺术联盟以及书画艺术专家联合评定选举办“国礼艺术家（吴报勇）艺术成就展”；

2025 年 12 月，参加“荣宝斋全国银龄书画展”并荣获“一等奖”；

2025 年 12 月 被选登国家大型纪录片“艺坛领袖·吴报的”；

2025年10月在纪念中国人民抗战胜利暨反法斯战争胜利80周年活动之际，作品被选登《中国书画家报》标题为“守正创新，风神外溢”；

2025年4月荣获“世界艺术终身成就奖”，被授予“国际金牌艺术家”称号；

2025年3月由中国美术家协会、全国书画艺术委员会、中国书法家协会、中国传统文化发展中心官方权威联合授予“人民艺术家”称号。

2024年荣获“第十二届全国规范汉字书写大会”一等奖、2024年首届国粹文化“金马奖”、2024年文旅界第八届全国艺术典范“人民的瑰宝”艺术奖；

2024年参加中国艺术美术馆、“中国书画年鉴”编辑部组织的全国“中艺杯”书画艺术大赛，作品《无欲则刚》全国海选赛中获得“金奖”，总决赛中获得“优秀作品奖”；

多次被邀参加全国书画名家作品邀请展、多家新闻机构授予“企业文化传播大使”、 “跨越时代的文化使者---中外文化交流大使”、 2023年度“百强书画家”、 2023年“亚洲书画界十大新闻人物”称号；

2024年6月由国宾礼艺术家评审专家授予“中国国宾礼艺术家”，由中国国宾礼艺术鉴定评审委员会、国宾礼文化市场保护委员会、国宾礼特供（外事）管理中心颁发国宾礼特供证书(编号G-B2406838)、评估证书、作品《上善若水》作为中华人民共和国国宾礼收藏、《志博云天》获得中华人民共和国国宾礼鉴定证书；

2024年9月被中华人民共和国专业艺术职称考级中心考核授予“国家一级书法师”证件编号G-F8824091923；

2024年7月，作品《志博云天》参加国际知名拍卖行美国杜邦拍卖2024年八国巡拍新加坡站拍卖，上传雅昌拍卖网并颁发拍卖证书。

2025年1月参加“艺脉传承”北京地铁主题巡展；

2025年2月被编入由非遗文化专委会主编的“非遗文化”、“非遗之光---传承人的故事”书籍。

Wu Baoyong, courtesy name Jun, also known as Jin Yuanxuan Zhu. Born in August 1966 in Lujiang, Hefei, Anhui Province, he is a member of the Communist Party of China.

Wu Baoyong is currently a national first-class calligrapher, member of the China Calligraphers Association, member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, artist of China State Guest Gifts, People's Artist, senior art consultant of the China Enterprise Culture Promotion Association, vice president of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute, contracted artist of CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel, guest professor of CCTV Middle School Channel by Central New Film, chief art appreciation expert of CCTV Middle School Channel's "Strong Nation of the Times", specially appointed art mentor of CCTV "Voice of China", and chairman of the International Celebrity Encyclopedia.

From childhood, I was profoundly influenced by the calligraphy and painting of three uncles around me. During my school years, I intermittently practiced calligraphy by copying works by Pang Zhonghua's hard-pen and Lu Zhongnan's brush calligraphy, which cultivated my enduring passion for traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting. On my self-taught calligraphy journey, I received guidance from Master Liu Jun, a renowned calligrapher from Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province, mastering running script and cursive styles of masters including Ouyang Xun's regular script, Wei stele script, clerical script, Wang Xizhi, and Zhao Mengfu. Through years of practice, I developed a unique style that blends classical elegance with contemporary calligraphic spirit, appealing to both refined and popular tastes. My works feature rigorous composition, bold brushstrokes, vigorous strokes, clear vitality, and a harmonious interplay of ancient simplicity and dynamic energy.

In February 2026, he was awarded the "World Art Summit Gold Award" jointly organized by the Belt and Road Cultural Promotion Association, China Calligraphy and Painting Trading Center, and World Culture Association; in January 2026, he was featured in the documentary "Top-tier Collection: Value Anchoring" on 2026 collection trends and artistic positioning, titled "Wu Baoyong"; in 2025, he was selected for the "National Gift Artist (Wu Baoyong) Art Achievements Exhibition" led by the China National Gift Collection Office, in collaboration with domestic government agencies, China Art Alliance, and calligraphy and painting art experts; in December 2025, he participated in the "Rongbaozhai National Silver Age Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" and won the "First Prize"; in December 2025, he was featured in the national documentary "Artistic Leader Wu Bao"; in October 2025, during the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of China's victory in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the Victory in the Anti-Fascist War, his work was featured in the China Calligraphers and Painters Newspaper under the title "Adhering to Tradition and Innovating, Exuding Spirit"; in April 2025, he was awarded the "World Art Lifetime Achievement Award" and granted the title of "International Gold Medal Artist"; in March 2025, he was officially conferred the title of "People's Artist" by the China Artists Association, National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee, China Calligraphers Association, and China Traditional Culture Development Center.

In March 2025, he was awarded the "China Intangible Cultural Heritage Merit Award" by the China Internet News Center; in February 2025, he was specially designated by the State Council's Foreign Propaganda Office as the 2025 "Ten Museums Passing on—International Museum Art Diplomats" and "International Museum Artist," with lifetime participation in related activities; in February 2025, he was invited to appear in the documentary interview with People's Daily's renowned calligraphy and painting critic Mr.Sanggan titled "Wu Baoyong—Determined and Resolute, Overflowing with Spirit"; in 2024, he won the first prize at the "12th National Standard Chinese Character Writing Conference," the inaugural "Golden Horse Award" for National Essence Culture in 2024, and the eighth "National Art Model' People's Treasure' " award in the cultural and tourism sector in 2024; in 2024, he participated in the national "Zhongyi Cup" calligraphy and painting art competition organized by the China Art Museum and the editorial department of the "China Calligraphy and Painting Yearbook," winning the "Gold Award" in the national audition of his work "No Desire, No Strength" and the "Outstanding Work Award" in the finals; he has been invited multiple times to participate in national calligraphy and painting master exhibitions, and has been honored with titles such as "Corporate Culture Ambassador,"  "Cultural Ambassador Across Eras—Ambassador of International Cultural Exchange,"  "Top 100 Calligraphers and Painters of 2023," and "Top 10 News Figures in Asian Calligraphy and Painting" by various news organizations; from October to November 2024, he was featured twice as a key recommended artist by People's Daily Livelihood Weekly, with his calligraphy style receiving high praise from People's Daily's renowned calligraphy and painting critic Director Sanggan, China Calligraphers Association Chairman Sun Xiaoyun, National Federation of Literary and Art Circles Chair Tie Ning, National Development and Reform Commission Vice Minister Zhang Yong, and Director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, being hailed as a "representative of China's young artists." In October 2024, participated in the Master Works Exhibition organized by the People's Artists Network; in July 2024, was invited to attend the "Cultural China Tour" —a practice event for 100 renowned modern calligraphers and painters organized by the Central Propaganda Department; in December 2024, attended the Intangible Cultural Heritage Skills Inheritor Development and Exchange Conference; in December 2024, was featured in the special issue of International Art Elite 2025 titled "World Cultural Promoter—Artist Wu Baoyong"; in June 2024, was included in the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles' list of "China's Collection-Level Artists"; in June 2024, was awarded the title of "China's State Guest Artist" by the State Guest Artist Evaluation Experts, and received the State Guest Artist Certification (No. G-B2406838), evaluation certificate, and artwork "The Supreme Goodness Is Like Water" as a state guest collection of the People's Republic of China from the China State Guest Artist Art Appraisal and Evaluation Committee, State Guest Artist Cultural Market Protection Committee, and State Guest Artist Special Supply (Foreign Affairs) Management Center; the artwork "Zhibo Yuntian" obtained the State Guest Artist Appraisal Certificate of the People's Republic of China; in September 2024, was certified as a "National First-Class Calligrapher" by the China Professional Art Title Examination and Certification Center (No. G-F8824091923); in July 2024, the artwork "Zhibo Yuntian" participated in the 2024 Eight-Nation Tour Auction at the Singapore station of DuPont Auctions, a renowned international auction house, with the auction certificate issued and the artwork uploaded to the Artron Auction website.

In January 2025, participated in the "Artistic Heritage" themed exhibition tour of Beijing Subway; in February 2025, was included in the books "Intangible Cultural Heritage" and "Light of Intangible Cultural Heritage: Stories of Inheritors," edited by the Special Committee on Intangible Cultural Heritage.

For many years, he has devoted himself tirelessly to the field of calligraphy and painting, courageously upholding tradition while innovating, earning high recognition from the industry, experts, and judges.
