李书光——最具国际影响力与收藏升值潜力艺术家

李书光，男，海南省万宁市人。当代著名书法家、中国馆藏级艺术家，中华国礼艺术大师。中山大学汉语言文学专业毕业。2011年退休，退休前行政职务调研员，技术职称研究员。受聘担任中国艺术家润格网副主席，中国诗书画联盟网终身名誉主席，世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长，中华卫视《艺术风采》栏目会员、国礼文化网特邀顾问。海南省老子文化研究会学术顾问。他知识广博，学入多门。曾出版《一部精深的治国哲学论著一一道德经系统研究报告》、《关尹子文始经白话解析》等经典释著，系统地把老子的治国哲学思想用现代汉语阐释出来并以书法艺术形式广为宣传，造福人类社会，功德无量;论文《学习实践科学发展观，努力提高党的执政能力》被决策者杂志社重大理论部评获特等奖，发表后被转载收入多家大型文献中;论文《般若波罗蜜多心经解析--兼谈佛道儒思想的社会作用》，被多家出版机构收录于大型文献中。他是把佛学从念经堂引进哲学殿堂的第一人;论文《对唐江山“转世”现象的思考》被世界学术成果研究院等单位评获特等奖，收录于大型文献《世界学术成果获奖宝典》中华卷中。他是从物质运动方面观察研究“转世”现象的第一人;他是诗人，1995年出版诗集《天涯飞絮--诗的游记》;他是文学家，2002年在《东方女性》上发表纪实报告文学“转世"奇人唐江山专访，2003年出版科幻纪实小说《隔世情缘》;他还是著名书法家。几年来他先后应邀与赵朴初丶沈鹏大师共同入编《中国国际艺术大家三人行》丶《世界艺术瑰宝》丶《国魂国艺》以及《中国馆藏级艺术家》丶《中华国礼艺术大师》丶《十全十美艺术家》《大师风范》等国礼艺术珍藏册。还出版了《中国文艺名家李书光专刊》丶《世界艺术影响力人物李书光专刊》丶中国丝绸大红袍《李书光卷》等。2020年8月，被中国文艺至尊奖组委会评获“首届中华人民共和国文学艺术界至尊荣誉奖”，同时授予“中国十大至尊艺术名家”荣誉称号;2020年9月，中国影响力评审委员会丶中国工艺美术出版社、国家艺美网联合举办“中国.国宝级影响力人物”评选活动，他与7位中国工程院院士丶3位书法家、一位文学家、9位画家等20人被评为国宝级影响力人物。2021年7月，应中央电视总台星光影视基地《智慧中国》栏目组邀请参加二十一届世纪大采风活动，被授予“当代最具实力派书画家”荣誉称号。2021年11月，被国礼文化网特聘为“国礼文化网特邀顾问”，被国宝级艺术大师评审委员会、国礼文化艺术调研委员会授予“国宝级艺术大师”荣誉称号。2021年12月中国向联合国推荐作为联合国特约艺术大使。2023年2月，被提名为福布斯(中国)艺术名人;6月被中国书法大会领导与专家特别推荐为《书写新时代的精气神》专门报道的书法家。2023年12月国务院批准享受政府特殊津贴

Li Shuguang is a native of Wanning City, Hainan Province. He is a famous contemporary calligrapher, a national collection‑grade artist of China, and a master artist of Chinese national gifts.

He graduated from Sun Yat‑sen University, majoring in Chinese Language and Literature. He retired in 2011. Before retirement, he served as a researcher (administrative post) and held the professional title of research fellow.

He is currently engaged as:

Vice Chairman of China Artists Value Evaluation Network;

Lifetime Honorary Chairman of China Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Alliance Network;

Vice President of World Intangible Cultural Heritage Institute;

Member of Art Elegance column of China Satellite TV;

Special Consultant of National Gift Culture Network;

Academic Consultant of Hainan Laozi Culture Research Society.

He has a broad academic background and profound knowledge.

He has published classic explanatory works including A Profound State Governance Philosophy — A Systematic Research Report on the Tao Te Ching and Vernacular Interpretation of Guan Yin Zi Wen Shi Jing. He systematically interpreted Laozi’s philosophical thought on state governance in modern Chinese and promoted it widely through calligraphy, benefiting society.

His academic paper Studying and Practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development to Strive to Improve the Party’s Governance Capacity won the Special Prize from the Major Theory Department of Decision Makers magazine, and has been reprinted and included in many large‑scale documents.

His paper Analysis of the Heart Sutra of Prajna Paramita — On the Social Function of Buddhist, Taoist and Confucian Thoughts has been collected in major documents by many publishing institutions. He is the first person to introduce Buddhism from chanting halls into the realm of philosophy.

His paper Reflections on the “Reincarnation” Phenomenon of Tang Jiangshan won the Special Prize from the World Academic Achievements Research Institute and other institutions, and was included in the Chinese volume of World Academic Achievements Award Collection. He is the first scholar to study the “reincarnation” phenomenon from the perspective of material movement.

As a poet, he published the poetry collection Flying Catkins at the Horizon — Poetic Travels in 1995.

As a writer, he published the documentary reportage Interview with Tang Jiangshan, the Mysterious “Reincarnation” Figure in Oriental Women in 2002, and the science‑fiction documentary novel Love Across Worlds in 2003.

He is also a renowned calligrapher.

In recent years, he has been invited to be included in various national gift art collections together with masters Zhao Puchu and Shen Peng, including Three Masters of Chinese International Art, World Art Treasures, National Soul and National Art, Chinese National Collection‑Grade Artists, Chinese National Gift Art Masters, Perfect Artists, Masterly Demeanor, etc.

He has also published special issues such as Special Issue of Li Shuguang, Famous Chinese Literary and Art Master, Special Issue of Li Shuguang, World Art Influential Figure, and the Chinese silk red robe album Li Shuguang Volume.

In August 2020, he was awarded the First Supreme Honor Award of Literature and Art of the People’s Republic of China by the organizing committee of the Chinese Literature and Art Supreme Award, and was also granted the title of Top Ten Supreme Art Masters of China.

In September 2020, he was selected as one of the National Treasure‑Level Influential Figures in the evaluation jointly held by China Influence Evaluation Committee, China Arts and Crafts Publishing House and National Art Beauty Network, among 20 recipients including 7 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 3 calligraphers, 1 writer and 9 painters.

In July 2021, he was invited to participate in the 21st Century Great Collection Activity by Wisdom China column of Xingguang Film and Television Base of CMG, and was awarded the title of Most Powerful Contemporary Calligrapher and Painter.

In November 2021, he was engaged as a Special Consultant of National Gift Culture Network, and granted the title of National Treasure‑Level Art Master by the National Treasure‑Level Art Masters Evaluation Committee and National Gift Culture and Art Research Committee.

In December 2021, he was recommended by China to the United Nations as a UN Special Art Ambassador.

In February 2023, he was nominated as a Forbes (China) Art Celebrity.

In June 2023, he was specially recommended by leaders and experts of the China Calligraphy Conference as a featured calligrapher in the special report Writing the Spirit of the New Era.

In December 2023, he was approved by the State Council to receive special government allowances.
