周成林，1954年出生于江苏阜宁，1972年入伍，1998年退休，上校军衔。福布斯中国品牌文化代表人物。潜心研究并积极探索践行中华传统书画艺术，风格明显，见解独到，形成了自己独特的艺术理论与风格。荣获2019中国书法研究“终身成就奖”，“特殊贡献奖”！其作品被《中国现代艺术博物馆，《故宫博物院》收录，代表作“寿桃”存列于中国国家博物馆！

现为中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长，晓云临池艺术创作《北京》工作室中央级专家！"中传美术家，"国际馆藏艺术家，国际文艺代表，“优秀文艺工作者”，“丝路文化使者”，“大国艺术传世名家”，“国际艺术形象大使”等称号。

2024年，先后被外事工作委员会办公室授予“大国外交文艺使者”，“中国文化艺术国际代表”，“国际文化榜样”，"国际艺术外交纽带使者"，受邀参加“国际艺术双年展"，2025"国际艺术新丰碑”。中法建交70周年，被国研党史文献研究院、国委对外宣传办公室授予“毕加索国际艺术功勋人物代表”，2025法国巴黎卢浮宫"和光：当代艺术展”。“十馆相传"国际馆藏文化”外交官”，“国臻艺术大家”，“联合金砖艺术大使”等称号；同年被对外联络部授予“外联杰出贡献专家”；“2025文化传承掌舵者”，国台办第十六届海峡两岸文化交流顾问，中艺名师对话授予“赤心艺魂，两岸同辉”，中俄建交75周年授予的“中俄文化专员”称号。2024年10月，经中华人民共和国人力资源保障部评审颁发高等专业人才职业技能中心鉴定“正高级”艺术创作证书，荣获"中轴精神文华奖”。2025年12月被两会专题文化艺术委员会、国研党史和文献研究院授予“当代艺术工程院士”，2026年“百年巨匠”荣誉称号。

2025年3月，被人民代表艺术委员会授予"全国人民艺术代表"，5月，特聘为故宫文化创意研究发展中心紫禁城百年匠心传承文化活动委员会“艺术专家顾问”；成功举办"紫禁艺脉特展”。7月，受聘全球文明互鉴合作研究第一届理事会理事。2025年12月，被国委对外宣传办公室任命为"对外宣传文艺主任”！2026年4月，人民代表艺术委员会首签“以中国之艺，”呈世界之礼”，首批"国艺礼功勋名家”特邀入选签约！

Zhou Chenglin, born in 1954 in Funing, Jiangsu Province, enlisted in the military in 1972 and retired in 1998 with the rank of colonel. He is a representative figure of Forbes' China brand culture. Devoted to researching and actively exploring the practice of traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting, he has developed a distinctive style and unique insights, forming his own unique artistic theory and approach. He was awarded the "Lifelong Achievement Award" and the "Special Contribution Award" in the 2019 China Calligraphy Research Awards. His works are featured in the China Modern Art Museum and the Palace Museum, with his masterpiece "Longevity Peach" displayed at the China National Museum.

Currently serving as the Honorary Director of China International Art Museum and a central-level expert at the Xiaoyun Linchi Art Creation Studio "Beijing"! Honors include "China University of Media and Communications Artist," "International Collection Artist," "International Cultural Representative," "Outstanding Cultural Worker," "Silk Road Cultural Ambassador," "Eminent Art Master of a Great Nation," and "International Art Image Ambassador."

In 2024, he was successively awarded the titles of "Ambassador of Major-Diplomatic Cultural Arts," "International Representative of China's Cultural Arts," "International Cultural Role Model," and "Ambassador of International Art Diplomacy" by the Office of the Foreign Affairs Work Committee. He was invited to participate in the "International Art Biennale" and the 2025 "New Monument of International Art." On the 70th anniversary of Sino-French diplomatic relations, he received the honors of "Representative of Picasso's International Art Meritorious Figures" from the National Research Institute of Party History and Literature and the Foreign Propaganda Office of the State Council, as well as recognition at the 2025 Louvre Museum exhibition "Harmony: Contemporary Art" in Paris. He was also honored with titles such as "Diplomat of the 'Ten Museums Pass on' International Cultural Collection," "Master of National Art," and "United BRICS Art Ambassador." In the same year, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Expert for External Liaison" by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, "Pacesetter of Cultural Heritage in 2025," Advisor for the 16th Cross-Strait Cultural Exchange Program by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, and "Red Heart, Artistic Soul: Glory Across the Strait" by the China Art Masters Dialogue. On the 75th anniversary of Sino-Russian diplomatic relations, he was conferred the title of "Sino-Russian Cultural Commissioner." In October 2024, he was certified with a "Senior Professional" art creation certificate by the Higher Professional Talent Vocational Skills Center after evaluation by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China and received the "Zhongzhou Spirit Wenhua Award." In December 2025, he was designated as an "Academician of the Contemporary Art Project" by the Special Committee on Culture and Arts of the Two Sessions and the National Research Institute of Party History and Literature, and was awarded the honorary title of "Centennial Master" in 2026.

In March 2025, he was awarded the title of "National People's Art Representative" by the People's Representative Art Committee. In May, he was specially appointed as the "Art Expert Advisor" for the Centennial Craftsmanship Inheritance Cultural Activities Committee of the Palace Museum Cultural and Creative Research and Development Center, successfully hosting the "Zijin Art Lineage Special Exhibition." In July, he was elected as a council member of the inaugural Global Civilization Mutual Learning and Cooperation Research Council. In December 2025, he was appointed as the "Director of External Publicity Arts" by the Office of External Propaganda of the State Council! In April 2026, he became one of the first batch of specially invited and signed artists under the People's Representative Art Committee's initiative— "Using China's Art to Present a Gift to the World" —as part of the "National Art Honorary Masters" program.
